Medio para pintura al óleo:
Una parte de aceite stand.
Una parte de barniz brillante de damar (proporción 1:2)
Cinco partes de esencia de trementina rectificada.
Este medio es adecuado para uso general y para veladuras, seca en un día y no queda pegajoso.
Partiendo del blanco,se le agrega algo de azul y una pizca de carmín,y se obtiene un tono agrisado frio de cierta calidez

FONDO LIBRO PAGINA 150 ECHO CON ROJO CLARO Y SIENA TOSTADA MUY DILUIDOS EN TREMENTINA PARA DAR COLORES CALIDOS Y DORADOS
AMARILLO Y UNA PIZCA DE CARMIN,COLOR CARNE
Si mezclamos amarillo cadmio de limon con blanco, ocre y rojo podremos obtener una gama muy extensa y bonita de COLORES CARNE.
Con los azules, el amarillo limón conseguirá una espléndida y luminosa variedad de verdes (claros, brillantes...).
Como consecuencia de lo anterior, los verdes más auténticos se conseguirán con el amarillo limón mezclado con el azul de Prusia, y con el verde esmeralda.
*Para "iluminar" usaremos amarillo limón, y para "oscurecer, dorar" el cadmio medio.
*Para lograr verdes claros, brillantes, deberemos usar el limón, mientras que para poder obtener "verdes dorados, vejiga" recurriremos al cadmio medio.
Al mezclar ocre amarillo con rojo o carmín obtendremos una gama de tierras y sienas que serán de suma importancia en cualquier paleta.

Si le añadimos blanco al siena tostada con cuidado obtendremos bonitos colores salmón
También obtendremos una gran riqueza de grises al meclarlo con verde esmeralda y con azules.
El mezclarlo con verde esmeralda (su complementario) dará un "casi negro" muy adecuado para grandes zonas oscuras de vegetación.
tierra sombra tostada Con amarillo y blanco dará unos particulares verdes oliva amarillentos muy útiles.
Rojo cadmio Con él podremos obtener unos bonitos "rojos teja" mezclándolo con los tierra, ocre y siena, y dará unos perfectos naranjas al mezclarlo con los amarillos.
Carmín de garanza *Los morados y violetas (en su mezcla con azules y un mínimo de blanco)serán más limpios que con el rojo de cadmio, y serán adecuados para pintar sombras transparentes.
Verde permanente Al tener algo de tendencia cálida, es generador de verdes amarillos calientes al mezclarlo con ellos
Y con los azules obtendremos "verde-azules" muy oscuros, sobre todo con el Prusia.
Verde esmeralda Si lo mezclamos con ocre, obtendremos un verde oliva, y con siena tostada el verde será muy oscuro
Obtendremos un precioso verde al mezclarlo con azul cobalto, mientras que con los otros azules, resultarán verdes oscuros, especialmente con Prusia (también con ultramar).
*Y podremos obtener cualquier verde imaginable al mezclarlo con azules y blanco en la proporción correcta, añadiendo al resultado uno de los amarillos.
Es el color ideal para participar en las sombras, tanto claras como oscuras, para hacerlas más transparentes
Azul ultramar Es ideal para representar el azul oscuro del cielo, por su tendencia violácea
Fácilmente se deduce que será ideal para pintar sombras opacas, oscuras.
Azul cobalto Con siena y sombra produce unos colores tierra y vino de gran interés.
Ideal para intervenir en cualquier sombra por su tendencia neutra, haciéndolas luminosas y transparentes.
Oscurece los rojos, especialmente el garanza.
Oscuridad verde de un árbol frondoso lo suyo sería un verde esmeralda con siena tostada, e incluso sombra tostada, e incluso(más oscuro aún) con carmin de garanza y tendríamos un verde oscuro creíble y acorde con el entorno.
